This 1959 American LaFrance was Palm Coast FD’s second engine, purchased by ITT from the Greenbelt, Md. F.D. and donated to the Palm Coast FD.
In 1988 it was sent to an American LaFrance factory where a new stainless steel Century 2000 cab and body was installed as well as a new front axle to accommodate the new cab width.
In April of 2023 it returned home to the Palm Coast FD from Flagler County where it will be rebadged and used for fire prevention, parades and funerals
